Taliban militants have attacked a convoy of NATO supply vehicles transporting goods and fuel for US-led forces and set a tanker on fire in Afghanistan's western province of Herat, Press TV reports. Trucks carrying supplies from Pakistan to the US-led forces deployed in Afghanistan come under frequent attacks in the war-torn country. Pakistan is the cheapest way for the Western military alliance to dispatch supplies to the foreign forces in the landlocked country. MP/MA
