35th Saturn Award winners announced

Christopher Nolan's 'Dark Knight' garnered five Saturn Awards.
The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films has announced the 35th edition of the annual Saturn Award winners.

The Dark Knight, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Iron Man were among this year's multiple Saturn Awards winners.

Devised by Dr. Donald A. Reed in 1972, the Saturn Award is presented annually to honor the top works in science fiction, fantasy, and horror in film, television, and home video.
