'Clinton's Iran remarks imprudent'

British foreign office minister responsible for Asia slams New York Senator Hillary Clinton for threatening to 'obliterate' Iran.
"While it is reasonable to warn Iran of the consequence of its nuclear program and what those real consequences bring to its security, it is not probably prudent... in today's world to threaten to obliterate any other country and in many cases civilians resident in such a country," said Lord Mark Malloch-Brown, who is also a former United Nations deputy secretary-general.
Clinton in an interview with the ABC News on Tuesday threatened to “totally obliterate Iran” if it attacks Israel.
Malloch-Brown claimed that the British government wants a nuclear weapons free Middle East and it also seeks the dismantling of Israeli nuclear arsenals.
