A report says AC Milan is planning to sign former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho and his favorite striker Didier Drogba next season.

The Portuguese coach who has been out of work since leaving Stamford Bridge on Sep. 19 by mutual consent after his team's performance was heavily criticized for a string of losses.

According to the French newspaper L'Equipe, Mourinho has already signed a pre-contract with Milan to take over from current Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti.

The report says Mourinho's first signing at Milan will be the 29-year-old Ivorian striker Didier Drogba.

Drogba who is one of the most important players at Chelsea's disposal, has been hinting he wants to leave the club.
