India has test-fired its surface-to-air Akash missile twice from the Chandipur-on-Sea testing site in Orissa State, eastern India.
Two multi-target missiles, each carrying a live warhead, were test-fired from the offshore range.
This was the fourth time the missile was tested in a week.
The missiles targeted a flying object dropped from a pilot-less aircraft flown from the test range a few minutes earlier.
The Akash missile has been developed by the Defense Research and Development Organization, India's military research wing.
