NY to host Iran's President

New York gears up for Iranian President's visit.
The Iranian President is scheduled to leave for New York at the head of a high-ranking delegation to attend the UN General Assembly.

According to the Information and Media Bureau of the Presidential Office, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will leave Tehran on Sunday to attend the meeting and deliver a speech at the UN General Assembly.

Iran's President will also hold meetings with the UN Secretary-General and senior officials from several countries.

The President is also to deliver a speech at Columbia University, address the Christian and Jewish leaders, and meet with a number of American Muslim leaders during his visit to New York.
