Two Pakistanis suspected of involvment in the Mumbai terror attacks have been arrested in Italy, according to reports.

The arrests were made in the northern Italian city of Brescia on Saturday, Sky News reported.

The men are believed to have provided logistical support for last year's terror attacks in Mumbai.

According to police sources, the pair used a money transfer agency they managed themselves to channel funds for the attacks. The money was used to pay for an internet phone account used by people in contact with the attackers, the report added.

The 60-hour assault on November 26, 2008 by 10 gunmen in India's financial capital, Mumbai, resulted in the deaths of 180 people, including the attackers.
