In this edition, Spotlight interviews Hafsa Kara Mustapha journalist and political analyst and Kenneth Fero professor of media practice and philosophy, both from London, to look at the significance of Russian-brokered truce and full control of the strategic area in southwestern city of Daraa al-Balad by the Syrian Army. Under truce deal, militants in Daraa, their last stronghold, must either leave or surrender weapons to remain.
