The United States has issued a list of destinations that Americans could feel safe to travel to, excluding Israel.

In its latest travel advisory update, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) downgraded a number of territories to low risk from COVID-19, disregarding Israel.

Israel, meanwhile, was left among those classified as high risk, thus all non-essential travel for Americans to the occupied territories was inadvisable.

The Zionist regime’s ministry of health reported 1,333 new coronavirus cases on Saturday, bringing the total number to 82,324.

Despite that, the Israeli cabinet announced lifting of the weekend restrictions and totally cancelled the restrictions on public playgrounds on Thursday.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s handling of the coronavirus crisis has come under harsh criticism with thousands of angry protesters rallying outside his house in Jerusalem al-Quds on Saturday.

"Your time is up," read a sign at the demonstration, also slamming the Israeli president over corruption.

Netanyahu's Likud party described the protests as "left-wing riots," further defending his performance in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Netanyahu is fighting to get Israel's economy back to normal and to transfer funds and grants," Likud said in a statement posted to Netanyahu's Twitter page.

Tel Aviv’s stated death toll from the coronavirus pandemic stands at 593 with 388 patients in critical condition and 807 patients hospitalized.
