Venezuela has slammed the US government over the systematic violation of human rights against millions of its African Americans who are consistently brutalized by US police forces.

The statement comes in response to recent allegations from Washington, saying President Nicolas Maduro's administration has had a hand in the massive anti-racism protests that have engulfed the US for the past two weeks.

Venezuelan officials say the recent killing of African American George Floyd is just one of millions of racist crimes in the US, adding that Washington is solely responsible for such crimes.

Meanwhile, Venezuela's opposition has tried to give credence to the US assertions.

However, experts say there is no solid evidence of Venezuela’s involvement in the current US protests.

Venezuelans strongly condemn the repeated killings of black people in the United States, claiming this is allowed by the US government which commits acts of racism and violence within its own territory and also abroad.
