Nature runs wild as Paris parks remain closed

As flowers bloom and wildlife roams free, it is clear to see that nature is thriving across the French capital. Parks have been closed since the beginning of lockdown and there is no end in sight, after the government shot down a request by the Paris mayor to reopen public gardens.
