Bayern Munich have dismantled arch rivals Borussia Dortmund 4-nil at the Allianz Arena under interim manager Hans-Dieter Flick.

The Bavarians took a 1-nil lead in the 19th minute, after a great diving header by Robert Lewandowski.

Serge Gnabry tapped the ball home to double the lead for the defending champions early after the break, with the goal being confirmed after a VAR review.

Lewandowski scored his second from close range in the 75th minute to register his 22nd goal for Bayern in all competitions this season.

Finally, an own goal by Mats Hummels with ten minutes remaining, rounded off the scoring for the hosts on a miserable evening for Dortmund.

With the win, Bayern Munich, who are chasing their seventh consecutive Bundesliga title, have now moved up to third in the table.
