In the NBA, the Los Angeles Lakers have won their 6th game in a row after downing the Chicago Bulls 118 to 112.
The Lakers, who're currently the NBA's top defensive club, trailed 65-48 at half time and were down by as many as 18 points in the 3rd quarter before cutting the deficit to 93-80. Los Angeles then made their move in the 4th, beginning the quarter with a 16-nothing burst and pulled away to outscore the Bulls 38 to 19.
LeBron James led way for Los Angeles with his 3rd consecutive triple-double. He scored 30 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and passed off 11 assists on Tuesday. This was the 3rd time James produced 3 consecutive triple doubles after 2009 and 2017. The Lakers will return home for a Friday game against the Miami Heat, who were blown out with a 109-89 loss at Denver.
