Over 600 companies attend Iran Plast 2019

Tehran is hosting the 13th edition of Iran Plast Exhibition. Over 570 Iranian and 35 foreign companies are attending this year’s exhibition at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground. The exhibition has had a growing trend from the very first edition in 2002. Since then, more than 5000 companies from Iran and other countries have participated at such a great event.
11 ministers of oil and energy from East Asia and neighboring countries have also been invited to visit the exhibition and attend meetings with Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh for expansion of ties. The idea is to boost exports of petrochemical products and have a wider presence in regional and global markets.
Iran Plast is one of the largest and most important exhibitions in Iran in the fields of raw materials, machinery and moulds, as well as auxiliaries and services for plastics and rubber industries. It is also one of the major exhibitions in the Middle East and Asia.
As a biennial exhibition, Iran Plast has managed to enhance its quality, structure and organization over the years. This year’s edition will wrap up on Thursday.
