Boris Johnson has suffered a major defeat in a no-deal Brexit vote and lost his Commons majority after Tory Rebel, Phillip Lee, quits mid-speech to join the Liberal Democrats. A Scottish judge has declined to block Johnson’s plan to suspend Parliament, dealing a blow to lawmakers who argued that there isn’t enough time to thwart a no-deal Brexit.
