The Spanish side, broke the dead lock, when Nolito scored with a brilliant curling effort into the top corner in the 37th minute.
The Merseyside Reds, found the equalizer, after Belgium striker Divock Orgi, tapped the ball home from the penalty area before the break.
The game appeared to be ending in a draw, but Sevilla midfielder, Pozo, slotted home the winner for 10-man Sevilla.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, will head to New York for a friendly against Sporting Lisbon on Wednesday, before facing Manchester City for the Community Shield in 13 days' time.
