Saudi authorities are billing the Jeddah World Festival as one of the biggest music events that has been staged in the Middle East.

Top western singers such as Nicki Minaj are expected to perform.

The cultural event in the Red Sea port city on the July 18th is being funded by controversial Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman.
