Process to fill top EU jobs slated as undemocratic

A great deal of criticism surrounds the process to fill top jobs in the European Union institutions. All the key positions have now been decided but many EU lawmakers say the process should not take place behind closed doors, involving political bartering amongst the bloc's prime ministers.
