Copa America: Cavani's goal gives Uruguay top spot over Chile
Uruguay have topped Group C of 2019 Copa America after snatching a 1-nil victory against Chile.
After a goalless 1st half, Uruguay finally broke the deadlock with 8 minutes to go when Yonathan Rodriguez provided an inch-perfect cross for Edinson Cavani to head the ball past the Chilean keeper.
Uruguay will next meet Peru in the quarter-finals while Chile are up against Colombia.
