The peace talks between Venezuela's government and opposition have stopped as opposition leader Juan Guaido said he would no longer allow negotiations with President Maduro's envoys in Norway. While both sides blame one another, the country's crisis gets worse. From Caracas, Press TV correspondent Jesus Silva has the details.
