The overcrowded field to replace Theresa May will be whittled down with the 313 Tory Parliamentarians voting for their preferred candidate. The person with the least support is struck from the list and the process is repeated until only two remain. They will then face the Conservative national party membership of some 124,000 party faithful who will make the final decision. A new leader and by default, British PM will be announced at the end of the summer recess, expected to be at the end of July.
