Ukraine’s President-elect, Volodymyr Zelensky, has called for international sanctions against Russia. He says Moscow has paved the way for people living in Ukraine’s conflict-hit eastern region to obtain Russian passports. Press TV’s Lena Savchuk reports from Kiev.
