800,000 refugees ready to depart for Europe from Libya if crisis worsens

While the UN-backed Libyan government warns that some 800,000 refugees are in the pipeline to reach Europe from Libya should the conflict worsen, meetings between international actors and Libya's primary political factions continue. In Italian capital Rome, Prime Minister Conte have met with the Libyan Deputy Premier Maitig to discuss the crisis in the North African country.
