Rule of Law under threat in EU countries

The European Commission says the number of cases whereby EU nations flout the bloc's laws has multiplied. Therefore, the Commission launches a review into how such breaches can be challenged. Accordingly, it has just announced that the Polish government could be facing huge fines for apparently interfering in the country's judicial system.
