Second step of the revolution

Iran’s revolution has stepped into its 5th decade, while pressure against the Islamic Republic has mounted, given there’s a hard-wing president in the White-House. At a time when the world’s only ideologies were socialist ideologies and anyone looking for change, had to grasp at some Marxist doctrine, no one would have thought that the subjects of a monarchy could stand up to the world’s greatest powers, by grasping at Islamic teachings. Iran’s Islamic Revolution happened when Muslim countries were non-Islamic dictatorships with the best of relations with the US and UK. It was a most far-fetched idea that Islam might be sowed as the seed from which national revolt could grow and spread. The Islamic Revolution of Iran, at its time, changed the components of power in three dimensions. First, it changed the components of arrogance, colonization and exploitation inside the country and developed the religious democracy in Iran. Before that, people and their ideas had no place in the country’s political structure. As in second dimension, we see that the Islamic Revolution has produced a change in the region that is still in progress. The Arab spring, the uprisings against authoritarian governments of the region and even the popular movements which could defeat terrorists are because of the lessons of the Islamic Revolution. The third dimension tells about the change that the Islamic Revolution has caused in global scale. After the Second World War only one country could stand in the face of the US and disagree with it in its policies and say no to its excessive demands and that was the Islamic Republic of Iran.
