Cristiano Ronaldo is back with the Portugal Squad for the 1st time since the 2018 Russia World Cup.
The 34-year old forward is Portugal’s all-time leading scorer with 85 goals in 154 appearances. He joined his teammates for the European Championship Qualifiers against Ukraine and Serbia. Ronaldo hasn't played for his country since the 2-1 loss to Uruguay at the 2018 World Cup.
However, Portugal did not have a hard time without him. The EURO 2016 Champions posted a 6-match unbeaten run and have made it to the last 4 in the UEFA Nations League, where they will face Switzerland.
