Turkey and Russia hold joint patrols in Syria’s Idlib

Turkey and Russia have started conducting joint patrols in and around Syria’s northwestern province of Idlib all the way down to the southwestern Aleppo province. Ankara says the patrols are part of a ceasefire deal reached last September. Press T-V’s Rahshan Saglam has a report.
