Iran hopeful INSTEX will become operational in coming weeks

Iran says it now has a clearer picture of how a European financial mechanism designed to bypass US sanctions is going to work. Following a meeting with officials from the remaining parties to the 2015 nuclear deal in Vienna, the Iranian deputy foreign minister said he hopes the mechanism known as INSTEX will become operational in the coming weeks.
