Tornadoes kill 23, destroy countless homes in Alabama

A series of tornadoes in Alabama and Georgia killed at least 23 as of Monday morning, while the number of missing is reportedly in the 'double digits', officials say.

Footage captured by eyewitness Scott Peake in Beauregard, Alabama shows a large tornado on the horizon and the aftermath along the road. Both Alabama and Georgia have declared a state of emergency.
