Serbia: Protests continue against President Vucic in Belgrade

Serbia

Thousands gathered in Belgrade on Saturday, in a protest against Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and his government.

The protesters held Serbian flags and placards saying "No surrender" and a map of Kosovo depicted as part of Serbia, in response to Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic saying the administration wanted a border demarcation with Kosovo.

The protests, which have taken place every Saturday since early December, were sparked by opposition leader Borko Stefanovic being attacked in city of Krusevac in November 2018.
