Ukraine amends constitution to make way for EU, NATO membership

Ukraine amends its constitution to cement its path toward NATO and the EU membership. The changes were signed into law by president Petro Poroshenko just weeks ahead of the presidential elections scheduled for March 31. Lena Savchuk reports from Kiev.
