US secures more money from South Korea for troops

The US has secured an increase from South Korea for the cost of the deployment of troops in the country. The defense cost-sharing agreement took 10 rounds to complete and be valid for just a year. Activists worry the US troops will never leave if the government keeps giving away its money and land for military bases and soldiers.
