Brazil: Fire kills 10 at Flamengo football club training complex

Brazil is in shock after a fire swept through the training complex of Flamengo, one of the country’s biggest football clubs.

At least 10 people have been killed and 3 teenagers left injured. The blaze started on Friday at 5am local time at the club's training ground in Rio de Janeiro’s western region.

Unconfirmed reports say that the fire started in a dorm where youth football players sleep. There has been no word yet on the cause of the fire. The ages and identities of those killed have not been released but the 3 injured were 14, 15 and 16 years old.
