Danilo Petrucci has staged a stunning performance on the 3nd and final day of MotoGP pre-season testing.
The Italian Ducati rider registered a fastest lap of 1 minute 58.239 seconds, slicing more than half a second off the unofficial lap record set by the 3-time world champion Jorge Lorenzo during pre-season testing last year.
Petrucci leads a quartet of the Ducati riders at the top of the timesheets - fellow countryman Francesco Banyaya, Australia's Jack Miller, and Andrea Dovizioso all broke the 1-59 barrier. Spain's Maverick Vinales, who was fastest in Thursday's testing, was the best of the rest, with Britain's Cal Crutchlow down in 6th.
