Barnier: Brexit needs decisions more than extra time

European Union chief negotiator Michel Barnier says the UK needs to make quick decisions on the issue of its exit from the bloc. At a conference in EU headquarters in Brussels, Michel Barnier also reiterated that the core elements of the Brexit deal cannot be renegotiated. Press TV’s Jerome Hughes has more in this report.
