Israel is after war
On Monday, the Israeli military confirmed strikes on Syrian soil once again. This is not the first time Israel violates Syrias territorial integrity by attacking the country. But this time, things are different. This time Israel publicly said it hit Iranian military targets on Syrian soil.
According to the Israeli military, those targets included munition storage facilities, an intelligence site and a military training camp. Eleven people were killed in the attacks. Israel says the strikes came after a rocket, allegedly fired by Iranian forces was intercepted in the occupied Golan Heights. Iran has repeatedly said that it does not have a military presence in Syria.
