NBA: Denver Nuggets 126-118 Dallas Mavericks

Over to the NBA, the Denver Nuggets have extended their home winning streak to 7 games by beating the Dallas Mavericks 126 to 118

Nikola Yokich had 32 points and 16 rebounds while Jamal Murray scored 22 points, and added a career-high 15 assists to help Denver stay atop the Western Conference standings. With the win, the Nuggets matched their best start through 30 games in franchise history, at 21-9. On the other side, Harrison Barnes and Luka Doncic combined to score 53 points for the Mavericks, who've lost their last 3 games.

The Atlanta Hawks have stopped a 3-game losing streak with a 118 to 110 win over the Washington Wizards. The Hawks got off to a good start, leading by 11 points at the end of the 1st quarter. But Washington trimmed their lead to 58-54 at the intermission before tying it at 82-all at the end of the 3rd.

Atlanta made their move in the final quarter, outscoring the Wizards 36 to 28 to secure the home victory. The Hawks will next face the Knicks in New York, while Washington will meet the Rockets in Houston.
