English Premier League Leaders Liverpool have sealed their spot in the UEFA Champions League knockout stage after edging past Italian club Napoli 1-nil at Anfield.
It was a crucial match for the Merseyside Reds. They had to win the match in order to book their place in the last 16 of the tournament.
Egypt striker Mohammed Salah scored the winner for the hosts after kicking the ball through the legs of the Napoli keeper in the first half, this is also known as a nutmeg. With the victory, Liverpool finish 2nd after PSG, who have thrashed Red Star Belgrade 4-1.
