Kashmir shuts to mark International Human Rights Day

Indian-controlled Kashmir has observed a complete shutdown to mark international human rights day. Human rights activists have staged protests demanding revocation of Armed Forces Special Powers Act, which they say, is at the root of simmering discontent in the restive region.
