Poroshenko proposes sanctions against Russian fleet

The European Union has blacklisted nine people involved in the elections held by pro-Russians in eastern Ukraine last month. The block, however, signaled no further sanctions against Moscow over the Kerch Strait incident. Press TV’s correspondent Lena Savchuk reports from Kiev.
