There’s no doubt in the world that winning elections in any country, state, city or even local towns is no easy task. The candidate has to have a platform which appeals to the general public and present his or her agenda in a way to get the people to vote.

Politicians are usually extremely intelligent people who know what to say and when to say it. At every rally that they hold, at every town hall meeting, at every debate, they’re prepared to say what appeals to the public. And as they say, in the end, the best candidate always ends up winning the popular vote.

Politicians are great orators and know that in order to get the votes they need, they have to be front and center, among the voters. But is that really how it is? Do politicians these days have these intriguing characteristics? The simple answer is no. It’s certainly much more complicated than that because with a closer look at politicians these days, we can easily come to the conclusion that, that’s not how they got into office.
