US guns for hire
A recent US media report has revealed that the United Arab Emirates hired US hit men to kill political figures in Yemen.
The US Security contractors were employed by a US company identified as Delaware-headquartered Spear Operations Group. The UAE identified the group's first target as Anssaf Ali Mayo, a local leader of al-Islah.
The political party was branded by the emirates as a terrorist group. The leader of Islah political party was to be assassinated in December 2015, but the operation went wrong and Mayo survived.
