Air quality ‘deteriorating’ in Delhi

Climate change issues are creating fresh concerns in the Indian capital New Delhi as air pollution levels are rising. Changes in the weather pattern has made India’s capital the focus of attention again. Experts say not only India, but many countries such as the United States are just not making serious efforts to deal with the issue. Sanjay Sethi reports.
