Germany suffer 3-0 loss against Netherlands in UEFA Nations League

In the UEFA Nations League, Germany’s undesirable performance continues, after suffering a 3-0 loss against the Netherlands, at the Johan Cruijff Arena.

The hosts were the better side of the match, and Liverpool defender, Virgil van Dijk, gave the Dutch, a 1-0 lead, with a header from close range, at the half hour mark. 

Then, Memphis Depay doubled the lead with 3 minutes remaining, after a quick counter-attack. Finally, Liverpool midfielder, Georginio Wijnaldum, sealed the brilliant victory with a low shot in injury time.

Joachim Low's side, who won the World Cup in 2014, have now only won 3 of their past 12 matches, and stay at the bottom of their group.
