Ukraine starts building naval base on Azov Sea amid tensions

Two Ukrainian naval vessels have sailed into the Sea of Azov, which is bordered by Ukraine and Russia. This is seen as a first step to construction of a naval base, Kiev has pledged to complete by the end of the year, amid tensions with Moscow. Press TV’s Lena Savchuk reports.
