2018 Aragon MotoGP: Jorge Lorenzo beats Dovizioso to pole

Jorge Lorenzo has taken pole position for the Aragon MotoGP, ahead of Ducati teammate, Andrea Dovizioso.

Lorenzo got his 3rd straight pole in Spain, and his 4th of the season. He was less than two-hundreds of a second faster than Dovizioso, who was the winner in San Marino, 2 weeks ago. Championship leader Marc Marquez will start in 3rd.

The 2-time defending world champion, has a comfortable 67-point lead over Dovizioso in the title race. That's while, 7-time MotoGP champion, Valentino Rossi, finished a disappointing 18th, while Pal Espargaro will miss Sunday's race after breaking his collarbone in a fall in practice.
