Syrians participate in nationwide municipal elections

Syria has held its first local elections since 2011 when the country plunged into a deadly conflict. People from all walks of life cast their ballots to elect their municipal councils. As our correspondent Mohammad Ali reports, many hope the new councils will help speed up the reconstruction of Syria.
