Venezuela threatens to sue neighbors

Venezuela has threatened to sue Colombia, Ecuador and Peru for what it calls mal-treatment of its refugees. The economic crisis in Venezuela has forced hundreds of thousands of people to leave the country since January 20-18. Jesús Silva reports.
