Rights groups concerned about civilian death toll in Afghanistan

Rights groups are sounding the alarm over the rising civilian death toll in Afghanistan. More than 800 people were killed in August this year in attacks claimed by both Daesh and the Taliban. Press TV correspondent Amin Alemi reports from Kabul.
