Israeli Knesset approves Jewish 'nation-state' law

Israeli lawmakers have passed the so-called nation-state law. Under the controversial law, only Jews have the right of self-determination in Israel. Palestinians say the law establishes a system of apartheid and further marginalizes them throughout the occupied territories.
